1. Business-to-Business Sales Only
   All sales are made strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business or trade customer.

2. Second-Hand Equipment
   All equipment sold is second-hand and may show signs of prior use. It is your responsibility to inspect all goods before purchase.

3. Sold as Seen
   All items are sold as seen. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once a sale is complete.

4. No Warranty
   Unless otherwise stated in writing, all products are sold without warranty, expressed or implied. Synergy Fitness Solutions accepts no liability for faults or issues arising after purchase.

5. Liability
   Synergy Fitness Solutions shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of any product supplied.
